What We Can Help With

What We Cannot Help With
We are not a school district, credentialing body, or tutoring service. We cannot provide official guidance on teacher certification, answer questions about specific district policies, or offer individualized instruction. For those needs, your local district office or state department of education will have the right contacts.
Response Times
Most messages get a reply within 2 to 5 business days. During summer months or holiday breaks, responses may take a bit longer. If your message is about a broken link or factual error, we usually address those faster since they affect other visitors.
